Home What We Do

What We Do

  1. Understand the current numbers, credit trends, and practices which together constitute what needs to be improved; interview senior management who oversee this current practice to determine if there are any potential internal solutions which have not been aired and explored.
  2. Review internal reports which provide management oversight of what’s happening in the portfolio.
  3. Understand database integrity, who generates, who receives, who is responsible and accountable for doing something about evolving trends. Review will include both line and credit management.
  4. With internal resources, draft potential “solutions” to the identified issues, credit practices, and accountabilities.
  5. Review with regulators, auditors, executive management and Board to reach consensus on what will be done, costs (including FTE) to implement, and forecasted results within an agreed upon timeframe.
